As the Platform Lead

Digital Regulatory Reporting (DRR): Supported the FCA and Bank of England initiative exploring how technology could simplify regulatory reporting for firms and improve information quality. Reporting to a Steering Committee comprising the FCA, BoE, and major UK banks, I facilitated collaboration across teams to enhance compliance processes. Guided the integration of digital tools and algorithms to translate regulatory rules from natural English into machine-readable language.

Document Management System (DMS): Directed the rollout of a new DMS using Office365 and SharePoint, replacing the legacy OpenText repository. Partnered with senior leadership to define the programme roadmap, assess vendors, and subsequently led a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the new system successfully.

As the Agile Coach at UBS, I engaged with the Dev Cloud team, leveraging cutting-edge tooling including GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins to support CI/CD practices. My focus was on assessing Agile delivery processes, specifically scrutinising the application of Scrum and Kanban, and evaluating how effectively JIRA was being utilised for workflow management and reporting.

Within a month, I delivered a set of actionable recommendations that streamlined sprint planning, improved backlog prioritisation, and enhanced visibility through optimised JIRA dashboards. These changes not only enabled clearer delivery metrics but also provided the foundation for more predictable velocity and faster feedback loops across the development pipeline.

As the Agile Project Manager

I played a key role in a major digital transformation project to replace their outdated RazorBlade CRM system with Salesforce. I was responsible for leading the re-discovery phase of this strategic program, collaborating with a joint team of consultants from both GOSHCC and Deloitte Digital.

My work involved a deep dive into the legacy system, where I worked closely with subject matter experts to identify critical gaps and outstanding requirements. This rigorous analysis laid the groundwork for the successful implementation, culminating in the creation of over 500 user stories organized into 20 epics.

  • Directed the re-discovery phase of the program, leading a joint team from Deloitte Digital and GOSHCC.

  • Facilitated and led workshops to capture requirements, resulting in 500 user stories across 20 epics.
